      Great team of people to work with, as well as great benefits

      Cons

      Senior management is TERRIBLE. Very hostile environment to work in, due to management. Unrealistic timelines. Results are achieved by "leaving a pile of dead bodies". Don't even think about asking to take vacation, it is highly looked down upon.

      Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

      Cons

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
