      Pros

      12 years in, joining Mars was the best decision I have made in my career. A principled, family-owned business is a breath of fresh air. Great benefits and the opportunity to move between businesses within Mars - with 70,000 people, I've enjoyed lots of opportunities to stretch myself

      Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

      Cons

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
