Cons
Vague, empty slogans that don't communicate any actual vision- shiny but shallow. Cannot answer the question of "what is our strategy? Self-important leadership that do not understand veterinary medicine and do not care to uplift the veterinary community and patient care. Turn a blind eye to frequent medical negligence. Spend lots of money marketing and promoting themselves and paying for fancy corporate offices while they lay off staff. They purport to be inclusive of all their business units but it is really just Banfield. Employee discounts only at Banfield, all HR, payroll, benefits, etc - all Banfield. Senior leadership, brought up from Banfield with a very Banfield style of aggressive, disrespectful work culture that likes to blame others anytime there is an issue. Nobody takes accountability.
