Pros
Management is terrific laid back and fun but still gets everything done. I love the associates it makes coming in that much more easier. the work its self it really easy, takes no time at all to catch on. there are lots of perks like rewards and things that you can win. You get a 10 percent discount and they have special 20 percent weekends ( a little better).
Cons
pay sucks i get 7.25 minimum wage. the work though it is easy is rough on you, thats why the pay sucks so much. you are informed just a little to late on things. merchandise is always stolen because Marshalls is an easy target.
