      Pros

      Coworkers can be nice, first dibs on merch off trucks, 10% discount, decent insurance/benefits, monthly "raffle" drawings for associates (% off coupons etc)

      Cons

      Lack of payroll, 30 hours is full time, DM's don't even pretend to care about associate concerns quote-"be greatful you have a job at all", delays in posting schedules (ie sometimes you don't know if you're working Sunday until after 5pm on Friday)

      Can be a good variety of things you can do and have employee discounts

      Cons

      Retail is difficult and this is no exception. Also NOT the place to be if you struggle with buying too many things lol
