Owner puts profits back into the company in order to grow and provide more jobs. Company believes in God for the growth and gives him all the glory for it. Open prayer and helps it's employees who are in desperate need. Good benefits. Desire to treat everyone including customers fairly. Good reputation. Low turnover in employees. Forward thinking in technology and product development. Promotes from within whenever possible. Positive atmosphere.

Work on the training program and safety program, especially in management. Rainy days, which can be a lot around the lake, it stalls production and hours are reduced for those who work outside.

Some of the people are good to work with. Pay is average.

I've never worked at a place with so much complaining. The owner complains about how stupid everyone is and how he hates people. And the place is dirty. It is not managed very good.
