Pros
Employees have interesting and fun personalities.
Cons
Company doesn't have a natural flow, too many micro levels of management and work doesn't get done. A meeting to have another meeting is a waste of time. That happened quite a bit. Upper management didn't participate in team work.. they kept to themselves, in their own group.
