      Co workers are amazing people.

      Cons

      Pay, no raises CEO is arrogant & will reprimand employees in front of a crowd. Never know if you will have work or not. Expected to work all hours with no OT pay. Insurance cost is not the greatest.

      You get chance to move around the shop & to different departments to help or work with others.

      Cons

      The 12 hour shifts, if you are a fast paced worker this is not for you.

      Pros

      Great projects. great CEO, flexible work hours, most people are helpful. Employees have the opportunity to work on many interesting projects and see something new every day.

      Cons

      Hiring unqualified people, I am not even sure if they have a college degree.some people just don't care, all they need is to get paid.
