Management does not care about any individual's problems or personal life issues. They have company policies that detract from a positive work experience. They all but demand 5 star reviews from their employees on review systems like "best places to work." They will take a government contract, and let the contractors run the entire program themselves and scoop the government's money off the top for themselves as an HR firm. It's a waste of taxpayer dollars and is part of bureaucratic inefficiency.
