Pros

Marvell has tremendous opportunity for growth, a positive, ethical culture, and a forward-looking management team that has positioned the company to take advantage of the AI boom. Management genuinely cares about employees, with Recharge Weekends (4-day weekends, 3 times a year) designed to help employees recharge, strong benefits programs, and a positive, collaborative culture. For new graduates, Marvell's in-office environment offers the opportunities to learn and grow through on the job training from experienced talent.

Cons

For some, 5 day in office seems like a blast from the past. While the company provides flexibility, the 5 day in office schedule nonetheless feels backward in a global, company where many employees are working across time zones. It impacts recruiting and attrition.
