Pros

good cafeteria. fair work life balance.

Cons

This company is completely a joke since the departure of Sehat. New management just keeps cutting people and try to make beautiful numbers on the financial report. With such disaster, the company is not able to do anything innovative and is only allow to be in sustain mode. It also keeps losing talented people to big names like Apple and Qualcomm and even small start up. Before, they are able to keep some of those guys because of good people and good atmosphere. Now they are buying Cavium and maybe trying to create impression for the future outlook, but we all know that you can't replace those smart people with company that is losing money. what a joke.

Pros

-high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

Cons

pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom

Pros

- Great work culture, helpful colleagues, managers with real leadership qualities. - Quality over quantity is expected and appreciated. - Periodic recalibration of assignments and deadlines of individual engineers to keep the workloads realistic. - No risk averting behaviors which gives freehand for all engineers to explore new ideas to improve the design performance. - Management seems to fish out and raise engineers from all levels who move the needles. - Have enough infrastructure and resources to develop advanced products without pressuring the engineers. - Adopting AI is every aspect of work. So, engineers can adapt to future needs of the industry.

Cons

- Salary can be a bit higher.
