Pros

Perks - they're trying to retain people - with stuff like free lunch, sodas, and a semi-annual friendly ping pong tournaments. Potentially, it could get some decent projects and revenue growth, and it has a solid revenue base, so the stock options may well be worth one's time...(are they ever anymore?) As a moderate sized company, it still has some very small thinking (which can be refreshing, providing freedom) and yet...

Cons

401K contributions are lousy. Turnover is generally high, especially in silicon valley Sometimes that small company mentality (smaller mentality than it is) means the VP of Engineering has to approve your unix account...really???

Pros

-high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

Cons

pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom

Pros

- Great work culture, helpful colleagues, managers with real leadership qualities. - Quality over quantity is expected and appreciated. - Periodic recalibration of assignments and deadlines of individual engineers to keep the workloads realistic. - No risk averting behaviors which gives freehand for all engineers to explore new ideas to improve the design performance. - Management seems to fish out and raise engineers from all levels who move the needles. - Have enough infrastructure and resources to develop advanced products without pressuring the engineers. - Adopting AI is every aspect of work. So, engineers can adapt to future needs of the industry.

Cons

- Salary can be a bit higher.
