Instead of resolving the issue, they seemed more focused on pushing new people to accept a toxic culture or quietly resign after just a few weeks. - The culture within the team I worked with appeared to thrive on negativity, discouragement, and exclusion, especially toward those who bring a fresh perspective. - Leadership tolerating disrespect undermines any stated commitment to inclusion and professional integrity.
