Pros
Selling on your own schedule, family friendly, commission is high(50%), great if you are a complete go getter
Cons
They have changed/discontinued/launched 2 new lines and 1 area within 8 months. There isn't enough notice to consultants to get rid of old lines before they discontinue and or launch the new one. Most customers like their shade/skin care and are hard to change over or will quit Mary Kay all together. Must be a self starter
