The entire institution is poorly run and everyone knows it, but people are afraid to address the leadership because they all worship the ground the president walks on. The president is incompetent and the leadership has no backbone. Most people are overworked and underpaid. There is no upward mobility, no bonuses and HR is a nightmare. Honestly, if you last longer than 3 years here it's either because you are limited in your skill set, or accustom to medoricity. A toxic place for black people to work, as well.
