Pros

Some of the people are absolutely delightful. WFH means no more in-person Presenteeism Healthcare package and mental health support. You'll need it.

Cons

Bullying seems to be celebrated in mid and upper management. About as opaque a decision making process as you can get in an organisation that refers to you as a resource to your face. Decisions and responsibilities fluctuate like the wind. Communication is often very disorganised and disjointed. A culture of eschewing ownership - "let's pass the buck until it stops with someone else or falls down the plughole." Some teams have managers that refer to themselves as "queens" in internal wikis. Perhaps not a con if you are into monarchist hierarchies in the workplace, but these days it feels outdated as a business practice.

Pros

Masabi creates a great working environment. The People Ops team is fantastic and that translates throughout the company. Colleagues are great, it's a very collaborative environment and I've never worked for a company with customers that are overwhelmingly positive about the company and the service they provide. It's a fast pace place but the positive environment makes it easy to cope with. I also like that they support growth or even change careers internally if that's your goal.

Cons

It's hard to think of any. Maybe them not offering a 401(k) or matching 401(k).

Pros

People are fantastic, always willing to help and answer questions. You'll have time to learn the role and are provided guidance.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities. Potential to move laterally to different teams but not much vertical growth.
