1- bad management 2- bad salaries and fake benefits not like the contract 3- very very bad hr team always makes work rounds 4- appraisal is low 5- most technical teams has no managers like (DBA,IT,Mobile Team,Full stack team) 6- No agile process or team management 7- they don't know what is the meaning of team building 8- very bad attitude from them during notice period and you will not get your last month salary they will find any arguments to reduce your salary
