Pros

Modena area is known as the Motor Valley due to long history of sport car making and hosting renoun brands such as Ferrari, Lamburghini, Pagani and Maserati. At Maserati you get to work on exciting projects and work in the teams are crazy about speed, power and engineering. Working at Maserati has the advantages (and disadvantages) of a small and large company. The groups are quite small, so everybody attains large responsibilities, and on the other hand, Maserati belongs to larger Stellantis group, which has its own burocratic system. The working hours is usually limited to the contractural 8 hours, in contrast to other companies like Ferrari and there's a normally a humble and friendly environment among the teams.

Cons

Tranformation from a small independent company to a part of larger Stellantis group has created a lot of chaos. The projects and the supervisors change constantly and in such an environment it is very difficult to properly plan for sub-projects. The support from the HR and non financial benefits are very limited. The salary is quite low compared to the competitors.

Pros

Looks good on a resume

Cons

Actually owned by a car lot not Maserati, management plays favorites, they play a flat rate worse than a Kia dealer.
