Pros
Kids are great but the management is often untrained or lacks experience. Mgmt also does whatever they want and often do not get as much as they should be doing done
Cons
Kids can obviously be a handful sometimes. Management is often inexperienced. A lot of nepotism as well with friends often giving jobs to friends.
