Great environment for work, great management

No downsides, great company to work for.

The only positive was that they provided snacks in the office.

If you want to not get paid for the entire summer then work here. They make it out to seem like because it is based off of commission that you will end up making the same as if you got paid hourly. From the average salary for the entire summer between 8 interns was less than $200. They have no management and just get business off of scamming college interns to doing their work and providing no money. They pay their interns with cash when they book a deal and don't actually pay anyone through a paycheck. There are so many red flags to management constantly lying to you learning nothing. There is absolutely no management and the interns are expected to be in the office and work 40 hours a week with absolutely no commission. Not to mention they create a toxic work environment by ranking interns. DO NOT apply here or even bother interning here.
