      warm and mission driven colleagues flexible work environment/remote work tuition reimbursement work life balance, PTO encouraged

      disorganized leadership, lack of transparency, lots of corporate speak projects had lofty goals without clear objectives low team morale and overall frustration with leadership little opportunity for advancement not very competitive salary
