If you are a good massage therapist you will be booked. The clients are mostly pretty good and decent tips.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLY dishonest and scheming. If you are an honorable person, you will not be happy working for them. They say all the right things, but it doesn't take long to realize the truth. Be careful. I went into massage envy with an open mind. They have a bad reputation within the massage community, but I wanted to see for myself. I have seen enough to understand why massage envy is described as the mc donalds of massage. I have experienced even more to see why therapists should avoid working for this company. Maybe other franchises are good, but the Mission Viejo and Lake Forest, CA locations should be avoided.
