Pros

Fully remote and flexible work hours. Friendly group of people with a nice team atmosphere. Cool and interesting projects and clients.

Cons

If you like daily face to face human interactions, the job is mostly remote, although the company does organise team events several times a year to meet in person.

Pros

- Global presence + most of the colleagues are OK to work with (mostly from EU & US). - Braze certification benefits

Cons

Incompetency and egoism of upper management, raising it's peak in the past few months. Situation has never been worse and everyone is either keeping it silent to protect their job or trying to find something else. - Horrible management - Horrible sales process - Micromanagement - There used be lots of sharp people that used to work in this company but they all have left the company. - High staff turnovers

Thank you for your honest feedback and for recognizing the value of our global presence and Braze certification benefits. Over the last six months, we've made significant efforts to improve by opening up new channels for team members to voice their concerns and help shape our direction. If you’d be willing to share more, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing your perspective—our goal is to keep getting better for everyone. Best, Thierry CEO at Massive Rocket

Pros

This is a really good place to work. Since it is an agency, there are always many clients, projects, and deadlines, so the day is never boring. It can get busy, but the team makes a big difference. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and willing to collaborate, which makes the work much easier and more enjoyable. People support each other, communicate well, and try to get things done as a team.

Cons

Like any agency, the pace can be fast and sometimes there are a lot of things happening at once. You need to stay organized and be ready to switch priorities, but the supportive team makes it manageable.
