      Compensation was good. Paid on time

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. Bench policy is very bad. They will fire you as soon as you are out of your project.

      Pros

      Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

      Cons

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
