      Even if you perform well in your work still these people will not be happy if you don't lick their as* They will put those in PIP who are performing good and not those who are not doing their work but are toxic

      Pros

      Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

      Cons

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
