Pros
Every leader here invests their time and knowledge to every single team member. There aren't employee's here, but team members and family members. Everyone has a purpose and there is not one job that is more important then the others. We are expected to work hard when we are here, but we have fun while we are here, so sometimes it doesn't even seem like work! The high caliber of employee's that are here is incredible considering the type of work that we do. We are expected to wow every single customer and we do not stop until they are wow'd. The best part of my job is that when I tell a customer we are going to do the right thing and correct whatever needs to be corrected then i know that will be done. Our leaders have our back and push us to better in our profession as well as our personal lives! This company does a lot in the community and they encourage us to get out and serve our community and give back any chance we get. if you have been given the great opportunity of working for this incredible company then you better jump on it! They hire the best of the best... There is an incredible culture here and they strive to keep that culture going, so they make absolute sure that every new team member will fit our culture! The opportunity of growth in this company is endless... We will be around for a long time and will continue to grow every year!
