The people are excellent and friendly; most are older and have worked there for over 10-15 years. Senior Executives are friendly and seem interested in keeping employees happy and "part of the MEA family."

There are few opportunities for career growth.

Loved working with the people there. Very easy to get along with. Good health benefits. Pay could have been better, and the pension/401k were average. Learned a lot.

People are very quick to stab you in the back and the upper/mid level management have a very elitist attitude. The educational incentives that they tout are non-existent. Will offer tons of reasons why they can't do it for you, regardless of if it's in your field. HR is a bit of a joke. More of an internal weapon meant to keep the masses in check. No promotional opportunities. Be prepared to CYA for everything.
