I loved helping with the kids. The staff and main teacher were amazing

Good work environment. No anchorage commute

The benefits package was the only determining reason to not seek employment elsewhere. There were other jobs that paid better but the benefits were not as good. Sadly the renegotiated benefits have sharply declined and is no longer a reason to stay. I hope this changes in the future.
