Relaxed. Too relaxed, staff all the way from the top to the bottom are lazy and unmotivated and as a result they are struggling to keep the lights on at this stage

5 days in the office Lack of compliance for contractors they are working with (massive red flag) Worst pay and bonuses I've seen by far in industry work out about 1 percent compared to industry standard 10 percent Low level business and low level clients Higher ups are clueless, now bleeding money but no suprise
