i think they are great

i dont see any negative things wrong

Matcor is a privately owned company, so there aren’t any outside shareholders for management to have to satisfy or answer to.

No air conditioning, so when it’s hot outside, it will be even hotter inside, and vice versa during the winter months. Also, Corporate likes to micro manage a lot, which is annoying.
