Pros
If you show initiative, you'll be granted the opportunity to work in any aspect of the business - if you detect a need in the company and can offer yourself as the solution, you'll never be turned down. It's a truly amazing environment for anyone who is flexible, excited to learn, and ready to be challenged. The Founders are two of the most kind-hearted humans I've ever met. They are very passionate about their business, but never lose sight of the fact that their employees work hard to make the business succeed. They work along-side all of us on a daily basis and are never too busy to talk to anyone who needs guidance, or just wants to chat. Plenty of opportunities to socialize with the team outside of work - fun things like boat dance parties, or karaoke, or movie nights in the office. It's a fun environment! Transparency into all aspects of the business - a real education for anyone interested in starting their on company!
Cons
Since most of the team is very young and for many this is their first working experience, there are the occasional bursts of immaturity (complaints about free snack selection, arguing over which music to play over Sonos in the office, complaints over being marked late by their manager when they are late to work.)
