The other employees are nice. The supervisor is understanding of work life balance and if emergencies arise. If you want to learn a new department their pretty supportive of that too!
Cons
Pay isn't the best in the world and your raise likely wont be huge. And the turnover is decently high, they use a temp agency to fill in the workers they don't have and those can vary.
