Pros
One of the best ways to learn is what some experts called the Feynman Technique - to learn by teaching. During these 4 years tutoring the students I've had, I found myself able to solidify the concepts I've learned in high school. This made a huge contribution to understanding the new concepts easily. Another thing I've learned is presentation - how do you present concepts in a way that others can understand? Though I'm still on my way discovering the answer to this, I think I'm getting there.
Cons
To be honest, I don't see too much of a problem within. Some might think the portion of referral fees submitted is a bit higher, but I think this is reasonable.
