Major carriers either putting restrictions on Matic on what they can write or Matic loosing appointments to write new business. Matic makes statements saying they care about the employees, and have you fill out multiple surveys but in return they don't listen. Constant change in commission structure. They favor agents who get rewarded with top tier leads, and let the bottom agents sink. No movement in growth or career advancement. Only advancement is a customer service rep to an agent. They want to get to a certain volume within 4 years or so then sell the company. No matching 401k.
