      Variety of work for mid-size firm

      Cons

      High turn around rate. 3 people "left" during my first 2 months and everyone in my group of 4 designers are no longer there. Management/owner is untrustworthy and salary is below most firms of this size.

      Pros

      -principal is dedicated to employee development -opportunities to try out different roles in the firm and project process -pretty good balance with hours and support, I did not work crazy hours

      Cons

      -principal will definitely negotiate salary aggressively. Stand your ground and ask for what you deserve. -PTO not as encouraged as it should be

      Pros

      Great mentorship, enthusiastic CEO, learned a lot, lots of face time with clients and on-site experience. Really good experience for a young architect.

      Cons

      Really tight on salary, definitely some late nights, but honestly much better than comparable firms.
