-Leadership takes action on issues in the environment.. sometimes they take longer then expected but they give you update as they go -Growth has been incredible -CEO/Owner/Leadership cares about work/life balance and family -Remote work has given tons of flexibility and a great work/life balance -Delivery team is hands down one of the best in the industry and its primarily onshore which you dont see a lot anymore -Always surveying teams asking where things can improve -Summit club trip you have to win and contests quarterly you can win
Cons
-Benefits are very expensive and its based out of NJ so in network options outside of that state are limited. -No 401k match -No Maternity/Paternity leave options which is interesting given more then half of the leaders are female.
