      Poor pay Awful management No structure Zero training or onboarding Overpaid and under qualified execs on power trips No HR accountability 40 years in business only to yield the most corrupt recruiting firm in existence, don’t waste your time.

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
