      Pros

      The values of protecting data and doing the right thing are excellent. The people are wonderful.

      Cons

      Due to the care taken in hiring to fit the culture, it can take quite a while to fill openings. The co-founders are still somewhat too hands-on.

      Pros

      Very transparent. Lots of enthusiasm. Ethical, good-hearted product. It feels great to be cleaning up big tech, improving the internet. Lots of variety of who the customers are: 1.6% of all internet sites run Matomo software. 5 weeks of vacation PLUS all national holidays.

      Cons

      Small and just starting to grow: best practices not figured out yet. Still finding their way in some departments.
