Pros
Matrikon was a great place to work and grow through it's growth phase. They were good about keeping people on between projects and allowing personal development, usually in the guise of development of demos for sales.
Cons
I left due to a family move just as they were purchased by Honeywell and it seems like almost everyone I knew there has since has left.
