Pros
If you are a fresh graduate, a workaholic and have a passion to learn then this might seem like a suitable company. I have worked here for over 2 years. Personally, I learnt a lot technically. The projects are very interesting... and you will never feel it repetitive.
Cons
Micro Management is one big of a headache. If you are acquainted to work in an MNC culture, I suggest never join this organisation. Growth is limited. Employee retention rate is in negative range i guess.
