Supportive manager but unpredictable scheduling and high availability - Nurse Practitioner Matrix Medical Network Employee Review

You have to give 20 Hours a month of availability. You don’t get your schedule until 3 days before and it can still change. I have had less than 10 visit in over 6 months. Just not work the time. They should lower the availability hours or make the schedule available a week in advance so you can make other plans if not needed.
