      Poor lack of leadership - Project Management Matrix Technology Solutions Employee Review

      Great experience on how not to run a company.

      Cons

      Management does a horrible job of managing their budget and bite more than they can chew. They promise their "client" many things they can't fulfill. middle management suffer from management promises but have been blacklisted by most of their vendors, can't provide equipment on time, leaving their field personnel in a tight spot with the client waiting for their project to progress with no positive results. Projects get delayed until the last minute where they force their field guys to work up to 20 hours in a row in order to complete the project with borrowed material from other sites.

      Our workload is driven by business strategy and demand for our services. Our teams work hard, at will, in the office and in the field to meet client deadlines. We take pride in delivering on time. While there are challenges for a growing firm in terms of keeping up with material demand and resources, Matrix is not blacklisted anywhere. This is an incorrect statement and without merit.

      Pros

      Matrix is an Innovative Company that focuses on promoting the best and making customers happy. Many nice people trying to achieve their goal and the company as well. Great workplace culture and learning experience. Onboarding salary with benefits and year end bonus.

      Cons

      Volume of work decreased due to the Covid-19. Not much room to grow.
