Thank you for your feedback. We take these comments very seriously as we continue to strive for ways to improve. I’m sorry to hear that your impression of R&D leadership and HR was not positive. As an organization that delivers an outstanding product that enables our customers to be successful, we have a deep appreciation of the important role that every function plays in the success of the company. Our company follows standard guidelines when extending offers to candidates which would include background checks etc.
Our leadership team as a whole, works hard to recognize and value all contributions from all of our employees, regardless of their gender, ethnicity etc. In fact, we meet regularly with people from every department and use the feedback gathered to refine our strategy, develop our business plans and set priorities. The eNPS surveys also assist with this process. Furthermore, we also strive to maintain and grow our company culture that made MatrixCare a great place to work and continue to drive our focus on a warm and welcoming environment.
