      Pros

      If you like very little change, this company is for you. The downtown Oakland location has easy access to BART and buses.

      Cons

      I think there isnt much room for growth unless you are hired directly into higher level positions. Long term cliques exist

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
