Pros
Very steady and generally relaxed work environment. Pretty much have a monopoly on the Oakland-- Hawaii trade because we dominated our main competitor, Horizon Lines. Generally good benefits and experienced team.
Cons
A little bit slow moving. Hard to really cause any substantive changes to work. However, is there much to change? We are already dominating our peers.
