I go to a lot of conferences and events and need off a good bit, my manager is pretty good with letting me off to go to these events. My manager is great at noticing my work and appreciative of the effort I put in.

Working in the warehouse shows you the rough side of a automotive company. Many times I would put in hard work and effort, and I would try my hardest many times I would go home in so much pain from working, and many times I would constantly be told that I didn't put enough effort or time in even though some of my fellow warehouse co-workers would agree with me for the hard work and time I've put in. This company has made me have some really terrible days that started off great. I'm only speaking for the warehouse I can't speak for any other department.
