There is no positivity or even hope for positivity. The work ambiance is terribly toxic. You just want to get away!
Cons
The employees have the most miserable and sad faces here. Even the air smells of depression. The reason is the awfully arrogant and evil leadership. These cruel people rule by fear. Every day, they start yelling at employees for no good reason. It has created an ambiance filled with fear and stress. Employees always wonder who will be targeted next. The person who is targeted gets to be humiliated publicly. It's painful to watch and more painful to endure. Some people never recover from the trauma this workplace gives them. I didn't want PTSD. So, I quit before they could humiliate me to take away my self-respect. It was the best career decision.
