Pros
MatterHackers is a place to work hard and have fun. There is not a single person in this building who I ever think, "How are THEY still working here?" Everyone is smart, creative, helpful, self-motivated, and excellent at their jobs. I have learned a lot, and continue to wish I knew even more every day. Oh, and free snacks and drinks, free lunch on Wednesdays, fun parties and community events, 401K, health insurance, and fair pay and equity options.
Cons
As far as culture and work environment, none. It is a startup, so we are developing internal systems and structures to meet the growing demands of our customers and employees as we scale our business. Some will see this as a negative, but the right people see it as an opportunity to contribute and shape the future of the company from the inside out.
