Company was great to work for, because we grew the company from its 30-year rut without any significant revenue. New management and new culture thrived. A lot of areas to improve and to be promoted.
Cons
CEO decided to put old Applied Materials engineers to run Operations and Supply Chain, and within months, the company performance started tanking and sales drastically dropped. Reduction in force occurred in less than a year under the new VP of Supply Chain, which they made the COO.
