We are expected to produce miracles with old machinery that is constantly breaking down. We have too much inventory that the sales department doesn't seem to be concerned with & too little space for storage. The sales department not located in the facility, nor the same city, dictates what we run & when we run it. They seem to be our enemy instead of working together. If in house HR likes you, you're golden. You can damage company property, run into work stations/people/other forklifts, make & leave huge messes with your forklift & not worry about your job.
